ज़िंदगी क्या है

ज़िंदगी क्या है भला गर प्यार न हो
क्या मैं खोजूँ इसे केवल खुदा में ?
या की दुनिया में , जिस्म  में ?
न कभी पूछो ये सवाल खुद से
फर्क  करके सोचोगे फर्क दिखेगा
प्यार  ना तो नाम चाहे,  न किस्म
 न माईना  कुछ, 
प्यार खुद ही एक दुनिया ..
यातो तुम इसमें हो डूबे  या नहीं हो
खोज में हो ..

है खुदा हर एक जगह

God permeates the whole wide world.

Here on earth we must live upright.

है खुदा हर एक जगह पे  

पर नहीं पाता  उसे कोई 

बेहतर है खोजो उसे अपने ही अन्दर

हो नहीं  दोनों  अलग , बस एक ही हो

दूसरी   दुनिया   नज़रों  से परे  है

बस ज़मीन पर नेक बन कर के जियें

 रह न पाए ये ज़मीन बाकी किसी को 

कह रहा युनुस समझ लो साफ़ है की

इसका मतलब छिपा है दिल में तुम्हारे
हम बसर कर लें हयात नेक दिल हो
क्यूंकि कोई भी नहीं जो जाएगा न..

 

ज़िंदगी

Beyond our power are the lives we live
and in our wayward youthful years
a hasty pledge we sometimes chance to give

और जवानी के जोशीले समय में,
जब कभी खाईं कसम और वादे बांधें,

पूरे  होते जो केवल नियति वश 
कटते जाते साल दर साल ज़िंदगी को ढोते वाहन-
 उतारते एक से दूजी अवस्था में हमें .
और अपने स्वप्न धन से हम चुकाते
किराया युवावस्था से बुढ़ापे तक ..
